Modern slavery and human trafficking statement

Introduction

Komos Solutions Ltd (“the Company”) is opposed to modern slavery and human trafficking in all their forms. The Company's annual turnover is below the £36 million threshold set by section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, so it is not legally required to publish a slavery and human trafficking statement. The Company publishes this statement voluntarily, to be transparent with clients and partners.

Our business and supply chain

The Company provides IT and cyber security consultancy, digital services and software in the UK. Its supply chain is mainly made up of IT hardware, software and cloud service providers, professional services, and associates and partners who help deliver client work. The Company considers the risk of modern slavery in its own operations to be low, and recognises that risk can be higher further down supply chains, for example in the manufacture of electronic equipment.

Our policies

• The Company does not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, or human trafficking.
• Anyone working for the Company is paid at least the National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage and works under fair terms.
• The Company's anti-bribery and corruption policy and equality, diversity and inclusion policy support this statement.

Due diligence

The Company:

• prefers established suppliers that publish their own modern slavery statements or equivalent commitments
• expects associates and partners to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and includes this in written agreements where appropriate
• will not knowingly work with any supplier or partner involved in modern slavery or human trafficking

Reporting concerns

Anyone with a concern about modern slavery connected with the Company should raise it with the Director at hello@komossolutions.com. Concerns can also be reported to the Modern Slavery and Exploitation Helpline on 08000 121 700. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.

Approval

This statement has been approved by the Director of Komos Solutions Ltd and is reviewed at least annually.
