We provide websites and mobile applications, and related online services, for information, communication, and the features described in each product. Access may be temporary. We may withdraw, suspend, or change our apps and services, or any part of them, without notice where reasonably necessary (for example for maintenance, security, or legal reasons).
We do not guarantee that our apps and services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. You are responsible for arranging your own device, network, and internet access, and for ensuring that anyone who accesses our apps and services through your connection or account complies with these Terms.
Some of our apps and services allow or require you to create an account, including via email and password or a platform sign-in provider such as Google or Apple where offered. You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details confidential. You must not share your credentials or allow others to use your account.

You may print one copy, or download extracts, of pages from our websites for your personal reference, and you may draw others’ attention within your organisation to material on our sites. You must not modify printed or downloaded copies, use illustrations or graphics separately from accompanying text, or remove attribution. You must not use Content for commercial purposes without a licence from us.
We acknowledge trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names of third parties that appear in our apps and services.
If you buy a product or subscription through an app store or payment provider, that provider’s terms and privacy practices apply to the payment. We may receive confirmation of purchase and related entitlements. Refunds and subscription cancellation are generally handled through the relevant store’s processes.

Linking to our home pages is permitted if done fairly and legally and without suggesting endorsement where none exists. You must not frame our sites or link in a misleading way. You agree to indemnify and hold us (and, as applicable, our officers, directors, agents, and employees) harmless from claims, demands, and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, or your misuse of our apps and services.
You may stop using our apps and services at any time. Where an account exists, you may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access, or close or discontinue an app or service, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the relevant offering. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will continue after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our apps and services, although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you in your country of residence or any other relevant country where appropriate.
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of our apps and services after a change means you should read the updated Terms. Where a change is material, we may also provide additional notice in an app or by email where appropriate. Some provisions may be superseded by notices published elsewhere in a specific product.
