UK GDPR and data protection
We process personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where we act as a processor for you, we work under a written data processing agreement and only on your documented instructions. We minimise the personal data we handle, keep it in the UK or under appropriate safeguards, and support you with data protection impact assessments where needed.
Information security
Our information security practices are aligned with ISO 27001 and the Cyber Essentials technical controls, including multi-factor authentication, encrypted devices, timely security updates, least-privilege access and incident management. We are happy to complete supplier security questionnaires.
Accessibility
Websites and digital services we build target WCAG 2.2 AA, in line with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. We can help you test services and prepare an accessibility statement.
